  • March 4, 2008 - Automatic Timesheet version 1.2.5 is released. Changes in this version:
    1. Allow clock out to occur on the day following the clock in. In previous versions, clock in and clock out were required to occur on the same day.
    - Starting with this version of software, if the clock out time for a particular day is set to a time BEFORE the clock in time, then the clock out time is considered to have happened on the next day. For example, a timesheet entry for a Monday that had 8 AM for the clock in time and 1 AM for the clock out time, would be considered a 17 hour day (8 AM Monday to 1 AM Tuesday).
    - This allows someone whose shift starts in the evening and continues into the next day to track their time.
    - This allows someone that normally works 8-5 to track their time on days when they work past midnight.
This is a free upgrade for all who have purchased Automatic Timesheet in the past. To install the upgrade, just download the new installation program and run it.

  • January 13, 2008 - Automatic Timesheet version 1.2.4 is released. Changes in this version:

    - Timesheet reports use the following naming convention: LastName.FirstName.FirstDate.ReportType. LastName and FirstName are taken from the Tools / Options/ Identification settings. FirstDate is the first date that appears in the report. ReportType is determined by the Report Type setting as follows: "htm" for web browser, "doc" for Microsoft Word and "txt" for comma delimited. In previous versions of the software timesheet reports were always named "report.htm".
